Our Makieky Derma V One-Minute-Step Lifting Facial Mask contains Pullman, a natural polysaccharide obtained through fermentation and known for its lifting and firming effect. Another active ingredient is Hydrolyzed Collagen, also known as collagen peptide. It is a natural collagen that has been broken down into smaller nano-fragments, allowing your facial skin to absorb and utilise it more efficiently. This enhances firmness, hydration and skin elasticity. In addition, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate - an anti-aging peptide helps to tighten and reduce signs of aging over time.

The products are ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) compliant as well as approved by Thailand FDA. The manufacturing plant in Thailand is certified ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. The former is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) while the latter is the international standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

How much is shipping cost?
In line with our business philosophy, we strive to do more for our customers and chip in when we can! As such, we are happy to provide free shipping for all orders within Singapore. All you need to do is sign up for our free membership and enjoy free delivery!

We accept credit/debit cards namely Visa and Mastercard as well as PayNow.

How long does it take to get my products?
For delivery within Singapore, packing will be within 1-2 business days followed by delivery within an estimated 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam/junk folder. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at customersvc@beauteehouzz.com. We will do our best to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not. Presently, we only deliver domestically within Singapore.
What do I do if I have problems with the product?
Damaged on Delivery: If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify the person delivering your goods that the products are being received damaged. Then reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, description of the problem and a photo of the issue. You can either WhatsApp us or email to Customer Service. Our Customer Service Team will reach out to you.
Should you experience other problems related to our products, you may do the same within 15 days from date of purchase.
Please note that only products that are unopened and unused will be eligible for refund. Additionally, our Customer Service Team will only handle issues related to products that were purchased directly from Beauteehouzz. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and revert with an appropriate solution.
