Damaged on Delivery


If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify the person delivering your goods that the products are being received damaged. Then reach out to us at customersvc@beauteehouzz.com within 2 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, description of the problem and a photo of the issue. Our Customer Service Team will reach out to you.


Other Product Issues


Should you experience other problems related to our products, you may email us at customersvc@beauteehouzz.com within 15 days from date of purchase. Remember to provide your order number, identify the problem and attach a photo of the problem.


Please note that only products that are unopened and unused will be eligible for refund. Additionally, our Customer Service Team will only handle issues related to products that were purchased directly from Beauteehouzz.


We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and revert with an appropriate solution.
